EXUBERANTE MENU
Exuberante's menu, designed by Chef Rafaela Ferreira, together with Chef André Cruz from the Feitoria Restaurant (1* Michelin), has a strong focus on plant-based creations and promises to surprise diners’ palates, even those who are unaccustomed to vegetarian dishes.
The menu is divided into four categories: “To share”, “From the meadow and the sea”, “Plant-based main courses” and “Desserts”. Diners are then invited to round off their gastronomic experience with an elegant trolley of assorted cheeses.
The freshest seasonal ingredients are always the highlight. Handled with respect and authenticity, the focus is on vegetables first and foremost, bringing concepts of environmental sustainability into the kitchen.
Exuberante does also offer meat and fish dishes but, in this case, they are “the alternative”. It is a concept that differs from the usual, but has room for all preferences.
